When submitting your application, a new page with your confirmation number, a checklist of the supporting documents and the mailing address for non-electronic documents will appear.
The online application will be considered once the supporting documents have been attached to the application or received by mail.
Applications and supporting documents forwarded later than December 20, 2012 will not be accepted.
