  • Pierre Elliott Trudeau Foundation. Established in 2002.
  • Montreal - Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport. The Montreal Dorval Airport has been officially renamed during a ceremony held on September 9, 2003. The new name is effective starting January 1, 2004.
  • Pierre Elliott Trudeau Judicial Building. Unveiling of the plans for Canada's new federal justice building on December 2, 2003. The building, which will be constructed on the northeast corner of Wellington and Lyon streets, will be situated next to the Supreme Court of Canada Building on Wellington Street in downtown Ottawa. Site preparation is scheduled to begin in the fall of 2004.
  • Trudeau Centre for Peace and Conflict Studies. The University of Toronto's Centre for the Study of Peace and Conflict was renamed on April 27, 2004.
