373. (1) Subject to subsection (2), the provisions of this Act, other than subsections 298(2) to (4), (6) and (7) and sections 342 to 361, come into force on a day or days to be fixed by order of the Governor in Council.
(2) Subsections 318(1) and (2) come into force, in accordance with subsection 114(4) of the Canada Pension Plan, on days to be fixed by order of the Governor in Council.
