The provisions of this Act, other than section 28, come into force on a day or days to be fixed by order of the Governor in Council.
Her Excellency the Governor General in Council hereby fixes the dates on which certain provisions of the Act come into force, as follows:
November 1, 2005 - sections 1 to 12 and sections 24 and 25; and
January 2, 2006 - sections 13 to 23 and 26 to 27.1
