The provisions of this Act, other than sections 20 and 21, come into force on a day to be fixed by order of the Governor in Council.
Her Excellency the Governor General in Council hereby fixes April 1, 2005 as the day upon which the provisions of the Westbank First Nation Self-Government Act shall come into force.
