Pursuant to the Order of Reference of the House
of February 26, 2002, the Committee resumed its statutory review of the mental
disorder provisions of the Criminal Code.
The witness made a statement and answered
questions.
At 11:25 a.m., the Chair took the Chair.
At 12:20 p.m., the sitting was suspended.
At 12:26 p.m., the Committee proceeded to sit in
camera.
Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the Committee
met to give instructions to staff for a draft report.
At 1:00 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call
of the Chair.
