Pursuant to the Order of Reference of the House
of February 26, 2002, the Committee resumed its statutory review of the mental
disorder provisions of the Criminal Code.
Dr. Emmanuel Aquino made a statement.
At 9:54 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

Aquino, answered questions.
