Pursuant to the Order of Reference of the House
of February 26, 2002, the Committee resumed its statutory review of the mental
disorder provisions of the Criminal Code.
Bernd Walter, Lucien Leblanc and Lucie Joncas
each made a statement and, with Maureen Forestell, answered questions.
At 5:20 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call
of the Chair.
