Pursuant to the Order of Reference of the House
of February 26, 2002, the Committee resumed its statutory review of the mental disorder
provisions of the Criminal Code.
The witnesses on Panel I made a statement and
answered questions.
At 4:48 p.m., the sitting was suspended.
At 4:58 p.m., the sitting resumed.
The witnesses on Panel II made a statement and
answered questions.
At 6:26 p.m., the sitting was suspended.
At 6:31 p.m., the Committee proceeded to sit in camera.
At 6:43 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call
