The Chair informed the Committee of the resignation of Hélène Laverdière as First Vice-Chair.
Accordingly, pursuant to Standing Order 106(2), the Committee proceeded to the election of the First Vice-Chair.
On motion of Bob Dechert, it was agreed, — That Paul Dewar be elected First Vice-Chair of the Committee.
