The Legislative Committee on Bill C-11 met in a televised session at 3:30 p.m. this day, in Room 237-C, Centre Block, the Chair, Glenn Thibeault, presiding.

 

Members of the Committee present: Scott Armstrong, Tyrone Benskin, Peter Braid, Paul Calandra, Andrew Cash, Dean Del Mastro, Pierre Dionne Labelle, Mike Lake, Phil McColeman, Hon. Rob Moore, Pierre Nantel, Hon. Geoff Regan and Glenn Thibeault.

 

Other Members present: Charlie Angus.

Pursuant to the Order of Reference of Monday, February 13, 2012, the Committee resumed consideration of Bill C-11, An Act to amend the Copyright Act.
 

Stuart Johnston, Robert D'Eith, Janice Seline and John Lawford made statements and answered questions.

 

At 5:02 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:06 p.m., the sitting resumed.
