It was agreed, — That the Minutes of Proceedings indicate this report was adopted unanimously.

It was agreed, — That the report be entitled: "Following up on Recommendations made by the Standing Committee on Public Accounts in the 39th Parliament, 2nd Session".

It was agreed, — That the Chair, Clerk and analyst be authorized to make such grammatical and editorial changes as may be necessary without changing the substance of the report.

It was agreed, — That the Chair present the report to the House.

It was agreed, — That the Clerk of the Committee prepare and issue a press release following the presentation of the report in the House.

It was agreed, — That the Minutes of Proceedings of the meeting on Wednesday, November 25, 2009, indicate that the draft report on Chapter 7, "Acquisition of Leased Office Space" of the May 2006 Report of the Auditor General of Canada (Place Victoria) was adopted unanimously.
