| In accordance with its Order of Reference of Thursday, November 28, 2002, your Committee has considered Bill C-260, An Act to amend the Hazardous Products Act (fire-safe cigarettes), and agreed on Tuesday, October 7, 2003, to report it with the following amendments: |
