Pursuant to its Order of Reference of Tuesday, May 27, 2003, the Committee
resumed consideration of Bill C-36, An Act to establish the Library and
Archives of Canada, to amend the Copyright Act and to amend certain Acts in
consequence (See Minutes of Proceedings, Thursday, May 29, 2003, Meeting No.
