The Standing Committee on Canadian Heritage met in a
televised session at 9:07 a.m. this day, in Room 253-D, Centre Block, the
Chair, Clifford Lincoln, presiding.
Members of the Committee present: Jim Abbott, Sarmite Bulte, Rodger
Cuzner, Liza Frulla, Christiane Gagnon, John Harvard, Betty Hinton, Wendy Lill,

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the Committee resumed its study on the
State of the Canadian Broadcasting System. (See Minutes of Proceedings dated
November 7, 2002, meeting no. 2).
The witnesses on the panel on Cross-Media Ownership and Foreign Ownership
made statements and answered questions.
At 10:57 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
