Pursuant to its Order of Reference of Monday, June 4, 2001, the Committee
resumed consideration of Bill C-19, An Act to amend the Canadian Environmental
Assessment Act (See Minutes of Proceedings, Tuesday, December 4, 2001,
Meeting No. 56).
Michael Cox, Matthew Coon Come, David Walkem, Jose Kusugak and Natan Obed
made opening statements and, with the other witnesses, answered questions.
At 11:18 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
