Pursuant to its Order of Reference of Wednesday, October 31,
2001, the Committee resumed consideration of Bill C-38, An Act to amend the Air
Canada Public Participation Act (See Minutes of Proceedings, Monday,
November 5, 2001, Meeting No. 30)
The witnesses each made a statement and answered questions.
At 10:57 a.m., the sitting was suspended.
At 11:02 p.m., the sitting was resumed.
At 12:07 p.m. the sitting was suspended.
At 12:11 p.m. the Committee proceeded to sit in camera.
MOVED: - That on Wednesday, November 7, 2001 after the last
witness had been heard, the Committee proceed to clause by clause consideration
of Bill C-38, An Act to amend the Air Canada Public Participation Act.
After debate, the question being put on the motion, it was
agreed to, by a show of hands.
At 12:47 p.m. the Committee adjourned to the call of the
Clerk(s) of the Committee
