The Sub-Committee on Corrections and Conditional Release Act of the Standing Committee on Justice and Human Rights met at 10:04 a.m. this day, in the Vancouver Hotel, Vancouver, B.C., the Chair, Paul DeVillers, presiding.
Members of the Sub-Committee present: Paul DeVillers, Jim Gouk, Ivan Grose, Richard Marceau and Tom Wappel.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108 (2), a statutory review of the Corrections and Conditional Release Act.
The witnesses made opening statements and answered questions.
At 12:30 p.m., the sitting was suspended.
At 1:00 p.m., the sitting resumed.
It was agreed, - That the Sub-Committee assume the cost of a working dinner in Abbotsford, B.C., on March 2, 1999.
At 1:29 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
