New, Improved Searching on Senate Committee Websites!
The Senate has been working hard on improving the Senate committee websites search functions, and the latest version makes it easier than ever before to find information.
To try it, go to the Senate committee home page: http://bit.ly/yBBK08
Some of the new features:
Click on the calendar on the home page or individual committee page to find out what meetings are taking place on any given day.
From the committee home page, click the “Schedule of all Meetings” button or “Meeting Schedule” buttons to find the new “Search Meetings” function. Here, you can search by witness, study or organization, by any date range you choose, even across sessions.
You can now access interim transcripts, final transcripts and minutes related to each meeting as they are posted, for 41-1 and onward. (For blues, contact the committee clerk.)
Click on “Studies and Bills” from the committee home page, and click on the meeting icon to reveal all the meetings that have taken place for an order of reference.
From there, you can click on the witness icon to see the witnesses who have appeared on an order of reference.
We hope you will find these improvements useful and we welcome any feedback you might have.
