OPERATION OF ACT |

| Provisions relating to oath of citizenship | 2.1 The provisions of this Act relating to the taking of the oath of citizenship and the form of that oath operate notwithstanding sections 2 and 15 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. |
