RULES OF THE SENATE OF CANADA
December 2011
The seventh report of the Standing Committee on Rules, Procedures and the Rights of Parliament, presented to the Senate on October 27, 2009, and adopted by the Senate on November 4, 2009, authorized the Clerk "to update the on-line version of the Rules of the Senate from the time any change is approved by the Senate". The following version of the Rules reflects changes made to the Rules up to the end of the second session of the fortieth Parliament.
